These terms govern use of Teslot’s website, online inventory, accounts, vehicle inquiries, and online services. They do not replace the separate written documents for a vehicle purchase, sale, trade-in, financing, or delivery.

Inventory and vehicle information

Inventory, photos, features, prices, availability, and listing details can change or contain errors. Confirm material vehicle details, equipment, price, and availability with the team before making a decision. Taxes, title, registration, licensing, and optional delivery costs may be additional as stated in transaction documents.

Requests and estimates

An online reservation request does not hold a vehicle, require a deposit, complete a purchase, or guarantee availability. Online appraisal figures are preliminary estimates, not binding purchase offers. A final offer is made only after an in-person inspection and verification of the vehicle, its condition, title, history, payoff information, and applicable transaction terms; it may differ from the estimate. Payment illustrations and delivery previews are informational, not credit approvals, lender offers, or live carrier quotes.
